This building, located in Morumbi, Sao Paulo, is meant to assist the community in Garden Colombo, an informal area or the city, and host the activities of the: Life in Family Association organization, which operates within the human development of this community.

The land on which the building is located was the last vacant site in the region. It had an area of 30 x 50 meters that served not only as an access to the internal streets of the neighbourhood, but also as the only community living area. The project sought from the beginning to keep these features while maintaining the previously existing access for vehicles and pedestrians.

In the case of pedestrians, access can be done either through the square terraces, which overcomes the steep slope as a recreation area, working for both: rest and contemplation but also as a play area for children. When there is a public event, these are transformed into a set for indoor and outdoor spaces.

The building addresses many different activity rooms, including; medical care, dental, legal and other services, a kitchen for training, with place to sell products and generate income for the building.

Due to the large slopes of the terrain and road access, the people who comes to this place through the street encounters the roof of the building, creating an integration among the different public platforms emphasizing the character of the project into what is most lacking in informal areas: public, community and green spaces.
