Located in the Jardins neighborhood of São Paulo, this high-end residential building comprises twelve 205 m² apartments and a duplex penthouse. Generous front terraces take advantage of a unique urban condition: the street begins directly opposite the site, allowing for long, unobstructed views.
The structure extends through the terraces, unifying the building’s composition of horizontal volumes. Circular columns remain exposed within the apartments’ social areas, emphasizing the harmonious coexistence of spatial fluidity and the expression of structural elements. At ground level, these same columns define a covered plaza with a double-height ceiling, marking the entrance. Surrounded by gardens and pergolas, the space has an outdoor character, while the enclosed lobby appears as a discreet glass pavilion accompanied by a small guardhouse.
In keeping with the entrance’s understated sense of openness, the boundary between the site and the street is intentionally subtle. Irregular site lines widen the sidewalk and blur the distinction between the internal and external gardens, fostering a high-quality urban environment.
