The Ibira Work building's workspace seeks to fully utilize the site, creating intimate connections between the workspace and the land, nature, and views. Located near Ibirapuera Park, in an area full of sports activities and away from the city's conventional corporate centers, it offers a new post-pandemic spatial experience of working.
The building was designed with a steel structure to ensure large spans with slender, delicate elements. This same structure also supports tensioned metal brises, hanging planters, and pergolas, providing thermal comfort and creating a microclimate throughout the levels of the building.
Making use of the site's lower level, a pleasant, highly landscaped area sheltered from the street is created with a shop at the front. The entrance is accessed via a walkway over this level, surrounded by the treetops below, leading visitors into the building's central core, where they can reach well-lit offices with cross ventilation and large terraces, ideal for São Paulo's climate.
In addition to spacious terraces on all levels, open staircases lead to an open rooftop with views of the park, maximizing the building's potential across all levels. This is a corporate project that aims not only to focus on workspaces but also to encourage relaxation and interaction among its users.
