In this 308-square-meter apartment, the most significant changes were made in the social area. Three out of the four suites were updated to accommodate the new residents, a couple with two children. The fourth suite was integrated into the living room, and its bathroom was converted into a powder room.

The living room, which had already been expanded by incorporating the terrace, became even larger with this new space. However, as the living space holds special meaning for the clients, who love to entertain, we decided to also incorporate the space from the former powder room and the pantry. As a result, the space totaled 130 square meters and managed to accommodate the intended program: a generous living area, or for TV, working from home, dining area, and a cozier space for wine tasting and informal conversations.

Uniting and organizing all these spaces are two core elements: on one side, next to the window, a striking mass of vegetation planted in planters of different shapes and heights; on the other side, a volume surrounded by shelves for objects and wine bottles, the clients’ passion, and the centerpiece of the gatherings they host.
