Arvo is a mixed-use building located on a narrow lot facing Rebouças Avenue. The slender tower has its windows oriented toward the northeast sun exposure and the site's best view: the garden of the Medical School. At the base, a retail space occupies the ground floor and extends into the basement, where it opens onto a sunken garden sheltered from the traffic and activity of the avenue. As a result, the building’s main entrance is accessed via a walkway that crosses over this garden.
